I had the same problem as others.

The computer which was used to register computers must be logged in to google for this app to work.

This app is a waste of money and is rather misleading. First things first. It only lets you print from your photo library. No doc printing (at least not very easily). Second. It was near impossible to even select a photo to print and it hardly ever recognized my inputs. This app is garbage. Save yourself the money and just download the free official gmail app and print directly from there (you can set up google cloud print within Chrome browser only at he moment). Once you have set up and shared your printer you are good to go.... For free.

Avoid this app - a clunky interface and repeated crashes made me delete this app after a few tries with it. Total junk.

So for the iPad you need google Crome to print, well you cant get google Crome on the iPad. Cant use the app and paid for it.

I got great response through the email support but I am still not able to print an email, or an image which makes this app worthless. I followed all the instructions and set up a google cloud. I can see my printer but never get the open option. I wish it worked, it sounds good

This app does nothing. When I attempt to print a document it just sits in the queue and never prints. If you attempt to print a photo no photos appear anywhere to select one. This app is useless and a waste of money. Apple needs to have a way to get your money back from all these useless apps that claim to work but dont. I would think they would have some quality control since Apple gets their cut on every sale.

This app does what it says it does. Its very easy to print compared to other apps where you have to install software on your home computer. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because Id like to be able to print .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx., .txt, .rtf files. Note: to those who complain about the documents sitting in the Cloud Print queue but not printing, thats a Cloud Print issue and not the fault of this app. (Ive had to deal with this myself). Keep up the good work!

This is a good app, I just prefer non affiliation with google. An HP printer in the Apple Store, there an app just for your printer. Even in app purchase of ink, and data from the printer with ability to print from africa to California. Wirelessly. The apple store printers are the best. Touch screen. Printing quality is marvelous. Then again this app is the best next to that. So I rated it a 3 because of both sides pros and cons.

Set up was easy to connect to my google print account. But when you print something it appears to work but never prints even though other items sent to google print go through.

Thank you for making this app, works like a charm. I use it to print PDF files for my business and it works great. I guess the other reviewers just dont know how to use it. This is a life saver. 5 stars....

Runs "fine," but is really unnecessary. If you have a printer connected to a server or always-on computer, you can easily hook it up to AirPrint. Use your google-fu, and you will see. My biggest issue with this app was that I had a hard time getting it to print from safari or any other app. So not so well integrated, and a better built-in native iOS solution exists.

App doesnt seem to communicate with google to properly update the printer list, it never printed on a working cloud print system and the website support email form gives an error accusing me of trying to send bulk unsolicited email. Not a good experience.

Thank you this is a really good app dont pay attention to the bad reviews they dont know what they are taking about they need to set up right the google cloud printer before they get this app.

Ive been looking for an app to be able to print from my IPod Touch. My printer (Brother) is not one of the AirPrint Printers so I thought I was out of luck. I downloaded this app and it works great! It was very easy to set up. I needed to download the Google Chrome Browser, set up an account and then follow the steps to add my printer for functionality. To print from a webpage you just type a "P" at the begining of the URL and it automatically links to the app. When you open a .doc file you just choose Open In.. and the gCloud Print app shows right up. To print a photo you open the app first then choose Print a Photo. Its awesome!

Works as described. Worth the price...
